Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.203-13 (b)(2) requires that every contractor doing business with the government "shall(i) Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect criminal conduct; and (ii) Otherwise promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law." American Life League (ALL) released a new video today that they say summarizes a long, well documented public record that Planned Parenthood does not meet federal standards and therefore is ineligible for Title X or any federal contracts.
