Arguably, one of Barack Obama’s worst appointments is Donald Berwick as head of Medicare and Medicaid. He’s a huge fan of socialized medicine and rationing your healthcare under Obamacare. And he’s perfectly positioned to enact his radical agenda on our nation’s sick elderly and poor—easy targets for euthanasia. After the President nominated him, Democrats on the Hill were so worried about Mr. Berwick’s record; they refused to hold a hearing that would expose it. So Mr. Obama seated him using a recess appointment to get around the Senate. Now Republican Senators have submitted questions to Mr. Berwick asking how he’ll run the department. Setting a new bar for arrogance, he’s refused to even answer questions! How you vote this fall may save countless innocent lives.
