Many of you have heard of Rebecca and her injured pre-born child. At her first consult with Stephen Smith, M.D. at St. Mary’s Hospital, she was advised to kill her baby at Abington Hospital by abortion. Fortunately, the Bucks County Women’s Center (BCWC) was there for mother and child. The pregnancy continued, with much prayer, as Rebecca returned to her faith. On January 9^th, she underwent a cesarean section delivery at Abington Hospital, where sadly, after birth, all medical efforts could not help the baby. After she was baptized, Miracle Gianna went to Jesus. Two nurses were most gentle with Rebecca and praised her for "giving her baby a chance." On Jan. 21^st, a Mass was celebrated at Immaculate Conception in Jenkintown, with burial at Holy Sepulchre.
