Joe Camel and Planned Parenthood

Remember the huge controversy over Joe Camel? He was the cartoon icon for Camel cigarettes. Many were concerned they were marketing a product to kids who’d decades later pay the price with cancer, heart disease or stroke. Now let’s look at Planned Parenthood. They make no bones about marketing their so-called services to America’s young people. They do so with websites, literature, peer-to-peer counseling and advertising to name a few. And these marketed services will surely adversely affect the kids decades later. We’re talking about sexually transmitted diseases, some which are fatal. Abortion often scars the parents of aborted babies for life. Many mothers pay with their health and sometimes their fertility. So I say we did it with Joe Camel, let’s do it with Planned Parenthood.
